The Buildings and Grounds Commission is looking for assistance with our plans to renovate the Pinecrest side of the building.  We would like to update the shrubs and trees and are looking for other ideas as well.  If you are interested in volunteering your time to assist, or would be willing to donate materials and/or plants, please contact anyone on the commission.

Boiler Renovation

Boiler replacement is underway.  We have been fortunate that we were able to find a used boiler to replace our ailing system.  Even so, this unexpected and unbudgeted expense has impacted our finances by about $30,000.  To date, we have received donations of about $3,000 toward this expense. If you are interested in donating, please mark your donation as "Boiler Repair Fund"

Gifts for others

The Drayton family joined together for the Gifts for Others and served their brothers and sisters in need by providing:

• boxes of food for area families
• 158 pairs of socks for the Jail Ministry
• baby and child sleepwear sets
• Starter boxes with kitchen wear items

S.O.S.

DAPC is sending out an SOS to our members.  We need your help!!  Won't you please open you minds and open your hearts and volunteer your time and your talents to the much need program for which we, as a congregation, have participated in for many, many years.  Contact the church office or the Mission and Outreach commission for details
